With only twenty bungalows, Platinum Beach Island is indeed designed to offer a peaceful and exclusive retreat. At the same time, we sincerely regret that certain facilities did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you experienced at the gym. Your comments regarding the equipment condition, availability of free weights and morning congestion have been noted and shared with the relevant team for immediate review and improvement. Maintaining our facilities to a high standard is very important to us. We are also sorry to hear that your watersports and canoeing experience was disappointing. Guest safety remains our top priority, and certain activity areas are designated to ensure a safe environment for both swimmers and water users. That said, we understand your concerns and will review how we communicate these guidelines more clearly to avoid any misunderstanding.
