The room boy get misconduct for his bad cleaning. For all departments the training was done and all negative points forwarded to head of departments for further action and to avoid that in the future. Also I would like to inform you that the main language in Egypt is Arabic and we do our best to cover all languages of nationalities we do host. Our employees speaks already few languages and every time they improve themselves by learning something new. They take courses in other languages while they have free time from the work, some of them helping each other in getting new skills.
