Das Hotel beschreibt sich auf den Bildern sehr stilvoll, was es leider nicht ist. Die Musik ( von 11:00-23:00 Uhr) ist zu laut und schon belästigend. Auf Nachfrage ein anderes Zimmer zubekommen, wurde das Personal sehr unfreundlich. In der Nacht hört man kommende Gäste auf den Fluren. Das überwiegend junge Klientel feiert bis tief in die Nacht auf ihren Balkon, somit ist es alles andere als eine Erholung. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt und vier Sterne sind auch fraglich. Das Frühstück ist täglich das gleiche und besteht aus 4 wählbaren Komponenten ( Omelette, engl. Bohnen, Bacon und Würstchen) hinzu kommt kein Service beim Essen, sondern Kantinencharakter. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, außer sie sind auf der Suche …das sich nicht Erholung nennt. Ebenfalls muss man ansprechen, dass sich das Konzept auf Single bezieht und Paare da wenig einbezogen werden.

    Hello, thank you for sharing your opinion regarding our hotel! Kindly allow us to write some clarifications: - Apart from the things you mentioned in your review, 4 different type of sadwiches, croissants, yogurt, muesli, cereals, cheese, ham, bread, praline, peanut butter, different types of marmelade, honey, cake, french fries, sliced tomato, mushrooms, pancakes, fruit salad, fruits, filter coffee, milk, tea, juice & water, as well us some vegan and gluten free options (on request) are available for the guests every day during the breakfast. Our staff is ready to guide you and assist you, in case you have missed something. - We are proud of depicting our hotel online as it is, there are no differences between the photos and the actuality. Our hotel was fully renovated in 2018 and everything is still looking as back then. Every opinion matters and is respected. However, we could not accept that what someone sees is not what he/she gets. - There were no requests for a room change that hadn't been examined and fulfilled when possible. Furthermore, our records show no complaints regarding room change requests. When an issue is not reported at our reception desk, we have no way of solving it. - Our 4 stars rating arises from the fact that we fulfill all the official criteria of a 4 stars hotel. We understand that you might have a different opinion, but the authorities don't agree with you. - We are located in the heart of Hersonissos and our door is open 24/7. None of these facts are hidden, we advertise them online. Someone should expect that there will be guests returning to their rooms in the night, but this is the case at every multistorey building anywhere in Europe, the noise induced is barely noticeable. - During the current season, we had hosted hundeds of couples of all ages; the vast majority of them had a great time and they can't wait to come back. In general, we are aware of the fact that not everyone has the same definition of vacation in mind. We respect that and we try to assist every single guest. However, we are unable to assist a guest that doesn't wish to get any help. Kindly allow us to clarify that giving an example: Some months ago, a couple arrived at our hotel. A few minutes after the check-in, they came at our reception desk requesting a room located in a quieter place. We found them a room the very same afternoon, they moved and they told us that they were happy about the room. During the following days, our staff could see them being reserved and isolated; our public relations agent approached them many times, but they didn't wish to open up and let us know if we could assist them any how. We even suggested them to contact their travel agency requesting a hotel change, making clear that we wouldn't charge any cancellation fees. After that, they began avoiding our staff and our public relations agent. It was their personal choice and we respected it. I am afraid there is nothing more we could do.
