Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel, was allerdings vom überaus schlechten Service überschattet wurde! Als es ein Problem mit unseren Handtüchern gab, wurden wir sofort versucht abzuwimmeln. Man begegnete uns mit keinerlei Respekt oder Kompromissbereitschaft, wie man es von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten würde. Die Front-Desk-Managerin war überaus unprofessionell und wurde letztenendes sogar persönlich. Vergleichbares ist uns noch nie passiert. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!
Wir waren eine 6er Mädelsgruppe und wurden noch nie mit derart wenig Respekt behandelt. Als wir uns an die Front-Desk-Managerin wendeten, wurde diese Respektlosigkeit noch überboten. Während wir ihr sachlich unser Problem erklärten, versuchte uns diese durch Erheben ihrer Stimme einzuschüchtern und wurde schließlich sogar persönlich.

Dear guests, Thank you for choosing Cook’s Club Hersonissos Crete for your holidays in Crete. We regret to hear that you have had an issue with the pool towels and read all the negative reviews you have posted all the members of the group of 6 girls. Αt the check-in, the front office staff inform all guests and provide them a document that clarifies hotel policy regarding the cost in case of pool towels loss. Also, reserving sunbeds by leaving hotel's towels on them it is not allowed and it is not polite to the other guests. Additionally, you admit that it was your mistake to leave the towels at the sunbeds. Nevertheless, you mention that this incident has been occurred intentionally from our staff. We would like to inform you that all Cook’s Club team members are professionals who are trying to make your stay amazing. The hotel’s status and rating shows that. So it is unacceptable and impolite, to accuse receptionists that they charged lost towels on purpose. We hope that the rest of your time at Cook’s Club Hersonissos Crete was great and we will have the pleasure to host you again in the future.
