Schönes Hotel, aber leider einige Störfaktoren Das Hotel an sich ist wirklich schön: Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal freundlich und die Lage gut – in Strandnähe und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Auch das Frühstück und die gesamte Hotelanlage haben uns gut gefallen. Was den Aufenthalt leider stark getrübt hat, war das Verhalten einer großen Gruppe Jugendlicher aus Holland. Sie waren extrem laut, haben wenig Rücksicht genommen und viel Müll hinterlassen – das hat die Atmosphäre deutlich gestört. Zusätzlich ist uns aufgefallen, dass tagsüber immer wieder fremde Personen in die Hotelanlage kamen, um den Pool und andere Einrichtungen mitzubenutzen. Dadurch war es für uns als zahlende Gäste oft schwer, freie Liegen zu finden oder Ruhe zu genießen. Schade, denn das Hotel hat eigentlich viel Potenzial. Mit mehr Kontrolle und klareren Regeln könnte es ein wirklich toller Urlaubsort sein.

We’re sorry to hear that your stay was affected by the behavior of a youth group. Due to several complaints, we took immediate action during their stay and ended up expelling some of the group from the hotel. Regarding the presence of non-hotel guests during the day, we would like to clarify that our property is open to outside visitors during daytime hours, especially for those using the restaurant and pool. This is part of our concept and is managed accordingly. However, during the evening and nighttime, access is strictly limited to hotel guests only. To ensure this, we have two security guards on duty every night to prevent unauthorized access. That said, we understand your concerns and are actively working on improving the balance between being welcoming and ensuring the comfort of our hotel guests.
