We are very sorry to read that your breakfast was cancelled but we cannot understand it. unless if you visit our breakfast room out of the operation hours It is also regrettable that our guest room fell below your expectations as we are taking steps to make improvements at the guest rooms every year. We make a systematic and continuous effort to maintain a high level of service and exceptional facilities the result of our efforts is proven by numerous awards and positive reviews. At the same time, we are aware and do accept the fact that there will be a very small number of guests who will be unsatisfied like you and will post reviews of such content and style. We respect their opinion, but we leave it up to the judgment of other fellow travelers who have experienced the hotel to assess the trustworthiness of their arguments. Let’s not forget that all reviews are of a subjective rather than an objective nature. We are very sorry that you did not notify those issues prior your departure. We could relocate you to another hotel for better holiday experience.
