It's also great to know that you appreciated our spa and fitness area. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the room upgrade. We understand that the lack of a terrace was disappointing, however we acted with good intention with your upgrade. Additionally, we're sorry to hear about the issues with breakfast service, taxi ordering, and the reception not being able to find your stay when you asked for the bill.
