Dear Renata, We appreciate that you took the time to share your experience with us. We are concerned by your comments about your room upon arrival and hope you reported this to our reception team, so it could have been dealt with immediately by our housekeeping team. This is very unusual as every room is per standard, thoroughly cleaned and then checked by our Housekeeping Supervisors before guests are allowed to check-in; clearly, we have not performed to our usual levels that day and again, please receive our sincerest apologies.
