Dear Mr Jens , We are delighted that you chose our hotel as your holiday destination and we are grateful for all your comments and suggestions. They help us better serve the needs of all our valued guests. We do agree that the Hotel location is very special and we do our best to maintain its highest level of quality. However, we understand that we may sometimes fail to meet all your expectations, such as the crowd at the gym. We certainly tried and still try to take care of all our guests, even in this particular Covid times.
