Mit dem neuem Management hat Ellaidhoo sein Herz und seine Seele verloren. Wir kamen als Reapreter zum dritten Mal auf die Insel. Es wird kein viertes Mal geben. Der Empfang war kühl und unprofessionell. Niemand brachte uns zum Superiorbungalow, da man wohl der Meinung war, wir kennen uns auf der Insel aus. Im allgemeinen scheint das Management und das Frontoffice wenig Interesse an den Gästen. Man ist eher damit beschäftigt die Nachhaltigkeit der Insel zu propagieren. Nachhaltigkeit ist wichtig, richtig und gut, ist jedoch auf anderen Inseln längst Standard. Der Staff vom Housekeeping, Bar und Restaurant machen einen tollen Job. Sie sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Tauchbasis Alfons Straub lässt keine Wünsche offen und sucht seines gleichen. Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen auf der Insel und nutzten ebenso den tollen Spa. Die Abende waren teilweise sehr anstrengend. Die Musik war so laut, dass keine normale Unterhaltung möglich war. Im allgemeinen scheint Ellaidhoo zum Ballermann zu verkommen. Doch jedem das Seine. Wir werden kein viertes Mal Ellaidhoo besuchen, da die Enttäuschung zu groß ist.
Das Management und Frontoffice lässt zu wünschen übrig. Housekeeping und der Staff der Bar sind top.
