Willkommen auf der Sinkenden Titanic! Überteuert, Schimmel Lunge nach Aufenthalt. Es ist eine wunderschöne Lage die aber in die Jahre gekommen ist(1980)und sich zur Geldmaschine entwickelt hat! Statt Investitionen zu machen wird einen ein „Upgrade" angeboten in ein von „Muff" und „Schimmel" riechender „Bungalow" Dieses Upgrade muss man Natürlich bezahlen im Nachhinein ! Bei Tausenden Euro für eine Woche(Halbpension!) + noch mal ü 2K für ein „Downgrade" ist dieses Hotel nicht zum weiterempfehlen! Bitte spart euch euer Geld oder bezahlt für Wasser und co ü 10/20 Euro am Strand und im Zimmer ! Mini Bar überteuert einfach alles überteuert !! Ich bekomme jetzt noch immer nicht diesen ekelhaften Schimmel Geruch aus der Nase! Das einzig Gute an diesen Hotel ist der Service der aber auch von Morgens bis Abends schuftet wie im Straflager! Bei Trinkgeld am Strand an eine Junge motivierte Dame wird dies sofort wieder von der Älteren (Künstlich Lächelnden) abgenommen und sie wird zusammengeputzt! Die Beach Boys starren den Ganzen Tag ins iPhone anstatt das Plastik vom Strand einzusammeln!! Und NEIN lieber Manager ich freue mich nicht das sie mich das Nächste Mal begrüßen dürfen ! Diese Kl Antworten können sie sich bei so einen Katastrophalen Urlaub sparen !! Und Hinterlegen sie auf keinen Fall ihre Kreditkarte!! Sie wird für nichts und wieder nichts belastet !!!

While we understand that the classic charm and long standing history of our property may not resonate with everyone, likening a stay at our resort to “sinking ships” and a “prison camp” does seem a touch overstated, even for the most poetic of travelers. We assure you that our Team operates with professionalism, mutual respect, and strong collaboration. In fact, it is precisely this spirit of teamwork, enthusiasm, and dedication that our hotel is known for, particularly and I quote, “The exceptional service and genuine hospitality consistently delivered by the members of Elounda Beach.” Regarding the room upgrade: this was not an unsolicited offer made to you upon arrival. The upgrade was a personal choice, made after viewing the alternative accommodation. The cost was clearly communicated, and you agreed to proceed. It’s also important to note that this was a significant enhancement, several categories above your original booking and a change of this nature could not reasonably be offered free of charge. As for your remark referring to our resort as a "money making machine": All charges are presented transparently at check-in, during the stay, and again at check-out. Payments are processed only upon guest confirmation, and no charges are applied without consent. Should you believe there are any factual discrepancies, we are more than willing to review them.
