Kakerlaken im Bad. Zimmer gewechselt. Neues Zimmer ist Laut. Sogar in der Nacht ist Lärm der Hauptstraße, die Bässe von Musik und Bohrarbeiten, Steinsägearbeiten o. Bauarbeitgeräusche sind zu hören. Besonder nervig da ich bewusst ein Zimmer Richtung Park gebucht hatte. Da ich eher etwas ruhiges gesucht hatte. Ein zufriedener Kunde bin ich nicht.

Thank you for taking your valuable time to complete the survey and I am very sorry to read about your discomfort in regard to the cockroach presence, we do have pest control fumigation on a regular basis of all suites. Hence, we were dismayed, of course, to hear about this issue. About the noisy from the street and the bar nearby or the construction noise, please do understand as this is the factor which we could not control from our side but we surely will do our best to immediately relocate the room for you once we have heard the issue from you.
