I apologize that in some aspects we could not meet with your expectations. Our hotel indeed have child-friendly services, and we do everything to provide comfort and relaxation for all of our guests, be it families or solo travelers, regardless of age. I thank you for forwarding your experience to us. I relayed your review to our spa manager who ordered the review of the supervision procedures of the sauna areas. Also, in case of such issues you experienced in the dining hall's dance area, our room supervisor is always present there and is at your disposal to resolve such situations the most efficient way and as quickly as possible.
