Leider nicht sauber, mir kam im Bad gleich eine Kakerlake entgegen. Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich beim auschecken. Telefonterror 1 Minute nach Auscheckzeit und eine weitere Minute später stand Personal vor der Tür zum Druck machen trotz Baby, Stromausfall und damit Fahrstuhlausfall keine Rücksicht, kein Entgegenkommen.

At our hotel, we take great pride in our longstanding tradition of providing a warm and hospitable service that has been praised by the majority of our guests for decades. This recognition has placed us among the top hotels in the city center on this platform. We feel very sorry for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay. We would like to assure you that our hotel follows strict HACCP and ISO directives and takes comprehensive measures to prevent the presence of pests throughout the property. However, we understand that bugs and insects can sometimes find their way inside, especially if windows are left open. We want to emphasize the importance of keeping the windows closed to prevent such occurrences. While we take proactive measures to control it, keeping the windows closed helps further minimize any potential entry points. We deeply regret that your room has not met your expectations and would like to assure you that all photos of our website are absolutely real and valid and reflect the reality of our hotel. Please be assured that your claims do not reflect the usual level of service at our hotel. The emergency situation on the island was beyond our control, and we understand the frustration and inconvenience this may have caused during your check-out along with the unexpected disruptions in electricity. We strive to ensure that our check-out procedures are seamless and hassle-free for all our guests, and we make sure to never call guests a minute after check out time that is 11:00 in the morning but only 20 minutes or half an hour later as we also have to take into consideration the new arrivals and have to prepare the room for their check in. It is important to mention that we never knock on a guests’ door unless it is absolutely necessary. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
