Estrel Hotel Berlin

Very friendly, helpful and understanding reception personnel. Very good conference facilities and good choice of restaurants. Excellent breakfast. However, for the price, a few disappointing things: cleanliness of the room not top (dust), small bathroom with shower curtain (in a deluxe room!), air conditioning not very efficient (room was very warm). Thai restaurant to be avoided: unfriendly personnel, little choice and average food.
