Super Hotel super Essen Mega sauber! Kinderküche gibt es auch : Pommes Fischstäbchen etc. KRITIK: Kinderbecken indoor gibt es nicht was sehr schade ist , denn die Kinder finden den außenbeckenPool sehr kalt. Des Weiteren gibt es einen Sauna Wellness Bereich aber nur mit Terminen, leider hab ich keinen Termin mehr bekommen! Die Mitarbeiterin vom Wellness Bereich dort war sehr unhöflich, sehr unsympathisch. Im indoor Becken ERWACHSENE konnten die Kinder nur von 09:00 Uhr bist 10:00 baden danach musste man raus. SEHR SCHADE.Also man kann das Hotel nur buchen wenn über 30 grad ist und die Sonne die außen Pools erwärmt . Sprache unbedingt englisch beherrschen. Ansonsten ist man aufgeschmissen. Flughafen heraklion keinen Fall nehmen . Eine Fahrt von 3 Stunden zum Hotel . Schrecklich . Ansonsten Hotel feeling Luxus pur. Immer wird abgeräumt und gefragt was man braucht nette Begrüßungen .

We are glad to read that you are satisfied with most aspects of our hotel's services and facilities and that you overall had a lovely stay. The comments of our guests are essential to us and therefore we would like to refer to your points: Allow us to inform you that bookings for the Sauna is a necessary procedure as of Covid-19 health regulations in order to sanitize the wellness area and avoid crowding in such a serene and calm place as the Spa. We are sorry however to read about your disappointment regarding our initiative: Since we want to keep the indoor pool of the spa a quiet area, our top priority is to maintain it for the guests seeking tranquility during their stay. However, since we also understand the needs of our young guests, we have proceeded with allowing access to all ages the time that the Spa is not operating. Indeed, Euphoria Resort is situated 160km away from Heraklion airport. Chania Airport which is closer to us is only 40km away, almost one hour drive with the car.
