Unfortunately, you did not contact the Guest Relations office or the Front Office during your stay to explain all your concerns. Please be informed that the date on the canned beverages is the production date, not the expiration date. As a hotel, we take such things very seriously and have strict daily, weekly and monthly quality control. On our 800 m long beach, we have a sufficient number of sunbeds for all our guests. As an option, we offer the Beach Service Plus service only if you want to have the same sunbeds every day and it includes the reservation of sunbeds, an umbrella and an icebox with cold drinks. If you had contacted us during your stay, we would have carried out a thorough cleaning of the room, we sincerely apologize and assure you that everything will be passed on to the hotel management.
