Cleanliness and hygiene are among our highest priorities, and we are proud that many of our guests recognize and appreciate the high standards we maintain. Regarding the sun loungers, we would like to clarify that we provide a sufficient number for all our guests along our 800-meter beach and around the pool area. Our Beach Service Plus is an optional upgrade that offers guests the convenience of having reserved loungers and a personal cooler with beverages. Concerning the minibar in Superior and Family rooms in Beach Resort, it is stocked with water as a standard. However, a wide selection of soft drinks and local alcoholic beverages is available at all our bars at no additional cost. Imported alcoholic drinks and select bottled wines are available for an extra charge, should you wish to enjoy something more exclusive. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback.
