We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the standard of the food as we have a daily menu which is established by the company and every day we are changing part of it and we have a themed food night like, Asian-Mexican-Majorcan-cheese night-candy bar-Italian-typical Spanish charcuterie. Regarding room quality improvements have already been made but we will take your opinion into account for future projects.
