Aus DeutschlandLeider mussten wie täglich beim Essen anstehenden. Es war mindestens 1 Restaurant zu wenig. Auch am Buffet musste man immer anstehen. An manchen Abenden bis zu 20 min bis man sein Essen hatte. Abends an der Bar musste man ebenfalls für Getränke anstehen. Jeden Abend wurde ein Programm für Kinder aufgebaut was aber alles kostenpflichtig war. Das ist für Eltern mir Kinder nicht entspannend.

Dear Fanilienhotel , From Hoteles Globales Bouganvilla, we are very grateful that you have taken the time to give us your opinión. Regarding meal times i would like to inform you that we have four restaurants open for food. About the queues and waiting times, we would like to say that we have posted at the entrance of each restaurant the peak times so that our guests can enjoy their meal comfortably. We are doing our best to speed up seating in order to avoid unnecessary queues. Regarding the children's entertainment during the adults entertainment time, we have implemented activities with balloons and face painting. Also i would like to point out that the castle activity, games room, trampolines are optional, in order to offer our guests more variety. Also the childrens and teenagers can play at the sandy court or billard/ping-pong/football special courts and tennis as well during the evening.
