Dear Sunny, We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the standards of the hotel. As an extra service for our clients, we have a mini train that goes to the beach every 15 minutes and is operational from monday to saturday from 10:00-18:00 low season and from monday to sunday high season. It is also a 12-minute walk and you can enjoy the views. Also, in your all-inclusive pack you have these cocktails and drinks which you do not need to pay for: Blue Lagoon / Tequila Sunrise / San Francisco / Caipiriña and Vodka Sun, Margarita, sparkling wine Mimos and Bellini, wine and sangria, spirits selection, beer, soft drinks, coffee etc. Thank you for your opinion and we will take note in order to improve every day our services.
