Dear Carmen, We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied in part with the standards of the food and bed quality. Regarding to the bed mattresses we have changed more than half of it in the whole complex and will take this into account for future improvements as we are making every year. Also, if you would have told us, we could had changed it at the moment. Regarding food, we have a daily menu and every day, we have a themed food night: Asian-Mexican, night-candy bar -Italian-typical.
