Das Essen war sehr schlecht 3 Restaurant 1 war super schlecht , das andere war nur Fast Food und das letzte lecker aber immer gleiche Gerichte und ganz ganz wenig Gemüse und Obst sauer zu hart nicht essbar bis auf Äpfel . Kein Aufzug und wir waren im 3 Stock mit Kindern eine Katastrophe.. ein Spielplatz und der wurde um 18 Uhr verschlossen jede Attraktion für Kinder abends kostete extra Geld hüpfburgen, Trampolin , die Unterhaltung im Zelt total langweilig und Musik zu laut .es waren so wenig Getränke Automaten aufgestellt und im Zimmer wurde auch bei all in nichts zum trinken angeboten. Man musste für jeden Bescher trinken 3 Stockwerke runter laufen und das mehrmals am Tag . Flaschen gab es keine . Die Pool waren sehr sehr kalt . Also das Hotel sieht uns nie wieder .

Dear Jung, From Hoteles Globales Bouganvilla, we are very grateful that you have taken the time to give us your opinion. The buildings from the complex have 2 floors and depending on the structure and being a ¨small village¨, it was designed without lifts, but if you had a problem going up and down the stairs, you could have let reception know so that we could assess a change as our team will be more than pleased to help all our customers according to availability. Normally we respect the room arrangements of clients who require ground floor accommodation due to medical needs. I would like to point out that the castle activity, games room, trampolines and the coffee shop, are optional and not included in to the All-inclusive pack, in order to offer our guests more variety. Regarding food, we have a daily menú which is established by the company and every day we are changing part of it, as we are offering variety.
