Die Zimmer im "Neubau" sind ganz passabel. Die Zimmer im Altbau (z.B. wenn man über einen günstigen Anbieter bucht) sind schlicht alt, muffig, laut. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr mässig für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Das Abendessen à la carte ist sehr teuer (5 Menues zur Auswahl, Vegi's gehen verloren), zudem nicht besonders gut. Die Therme ist überfüllt. Preis-/Leistung stimmt gar nicht.
