Hotel ist nur für Durchreisenende bzw. Busreisen geeignet. Lieblos und unpersönlich geführtes Hotel, reine Massenabfertigung.

  • Falls 2 Personen das Bett benutzen, sollte einer sehr sportlich sein, da er über den anderen steigen muss, um ins Bett zu kommen. Auch am WC geht es sehr eng zu, man muss sich seitlich draufsetzen, da die Duschwand im Weg ist.

  • Lieblos dekoriertes Kantinenessen. Vom Geschmack okay, wenn man Hunger hat, isst man ja bekanntlich fast alles. Eis dekoriert mit Sprühsahne, und das im 4 Sterne Restaurant!!! Frühstücksbuffett sehr entäuschend.

    Dear Customer, thank you for writing a review about your stay at our facility in Auronzo di Cadore, the Grand Hotel Misurina. The opinions of our customers are fundamental in order to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. We regret that your stay was not entirely up to your expectations, but we believe we can respond to individual reports. Contrary to what has been written, the hotel welcomes all types of travelers, both bus groups and individuals and is managed with the utmost love and attention to the customer. We are sorry if you had to wait a few minutes at the check in, but even to point us out as rude staff seems very disparaging. In addition, all anti-Covid provisions are implemented to ensure maximum safety and serenity to each customer during their stay. Regarding the restaurant service, we are sorry that it was not to your liking, but we assure you that the dishes we offer are always made with fresh ingredients and selected daily, through the daily work of our chef in collaboration with the Food & Beverage department. Our dishes, in fact, are tasty and well presented, you don't eat everything just for hunger. In addition to the bowl of ice cream with cream and a waffle, we have two other desserts on the plate of our own production. Breakfast, due to Covid restrictions, has restrictions on service but not on quantity and quality. In fact, it is varied and rich, with a buffet served for cold cuts, cakes, croissants, eggs and bacon. We specify that the buffet is free for all single-portion products and for both hot and cold drinks. If you had requested it, you could have enjoyed an excellent Italian coffee, dealing with our staff, always friendly and professional, who would have served it with pleasure. Finally, in the room you occupied there is ample space to get in and out of bed, being one of the larger rooms. Regarding the bathroom, we are aware of the problem caused by the shower next to the toilet and we regret this. Best regards.
