Dear Customer, we thank you for expressing an opinion about your stay at our structure in Auronzo di Cadore, the Grand Hotel Misurina. The opinions of our customers are essential in order to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. We regret that your stay was not up to your expectations, however we believe we can respond to your reports and some inaccuracies reported. We find it hard to understand which negative reviews you agree with, since you affirm the goodness and tastiness of our food service dishes. The products at breakfast, on the other hand, are of excellent range, vegetables are not provided and fruit is on request, therefore present. The light lunch, instead, is a single course, with a taste of first course, second course and side dish, dessert and fruit. Beverages, from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm, are served by standard in a plastic cup as well as coffee. The products used for tea time are the same as those used during breakfast, but they are not the leftovers of the same and what you are insinuating is therefore wrong, as well as defamatory. The wellness area and the swimming pool are on reservation and payment, and everything is well specified on all portals and accepted at the time of booking. Everything about the information is enclosed in a QR code delivered to the reception at check-in, because it is not possible to display paper material on the counters or in the rooms. To get to your table, then, there are special corridors, while for drinks all guests are invited to go to the tapping machines on the bar counter. We deny what has been said, because the Italians who had drinks at the table did not have the All Inclusive treatment but extra dinner and then paid for the drinks served at the table. The hotel, finally, has four stars because it meets the requirements. Hoping to have made our position clear, we hope to see you again soon at the Grand Hotel Misurina or in another of our more than 30 structures throughout Italy. Best regards.
