wir waren 2016 schon mal da wo alles super war. service hat ziemlich nachgelassen. Strand war GARNICHT nutzbar aufgrund der algen. jeden Tag Bagger a Strand die algen wegräumen und sandhaufen hinkippen um zu versuchen den kaputten Strand wiederherzustellen. Vom Reiseanbieter keinerlei Entgegenkommen. beim auschecken mussten wir 70 euro bezahlen weil ein schwarzer Fleck von Schminke auf dem Laken war. hotelmanager sehr inkompetent. bei uns hat sich auch niemand entschuldigt und uns Geld zurück gegeben das wir 3 Wochen lang nicht ins Meer konnten. Unverschämtheit für ein 5 Sterne hotel

  • hatten eine Suite ansich super Zimmer bis auf die Putzfrau die ohne Trinkgeld garnichts macht. Aschenbecher war kaputt. 2 Wochen lang keinen neuen bekommen.

For the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa Hotel, our main objective is to achieve the total satisfaction of our guests, with the highest quality standards. I have read your comments and before sending you an answer about what you mentioned in your review, I send my sincere apologies for the bad impression you had regarding the hotel and we regret not having been able to exceed your expectations. In reference to the information you indicate in your review, let me mention some important points in order to be able to give a timely response and due monitoring, which as a hotel that cares about its guests, has as a priority. We have had along the Mayan Riviera the seaweed situation which combined with the hot and humidity cause this smell, however our gardeners are hardworking every day in order to clean as much as possible and avoid inconvenience with our guests. Plus, the Sargasso is only temporary and it’s fairly unpredictable. Biologists are working hard to understand the source and patterns of the Sargasso, despite that no one has control over Mother Nature, our staff works hard all day to keep the beach area as clean is possible. In addition to the fact that sargassum is a natural phenomenon and that we are exposed to this type of situation, the hotel is not oblivious to this situation and that is why we are carrying out tests to start a project to prevent the sargassum from reaching to the limits of the beach and ensure that guests can make use of the beach without any problem; I am glad to know that we have guests committed to giving us the pertinent comments to detect the immediate improvements and in the same way, I would love that you could appreciate the constant and daily effort that the gardening team makes to have the beach as free of seaweed. All your comments and suggestions have been taken in consideration in order to improve our services. For us, our principal mission is that all our guests have the most amazing experience.
