Dear guests, Thank you for investing the time to share this online review regarding your recent summer holidays in our resort. We always strive to keep our guests satisfied through our main asset, the sincere and warm hospitality. Thus, based on your really valuable feedback we are glad to know that we have achieved that. In particular, thank you for highlighting all the aspects which made great difference in your stay. Consequently, we appreciate your nice remarks concerning the lovely grounds, location and areas of our resort. In addition, we appreciate your positive feedback concerning our really courteous and assisting staff as it is the best recognition for our efforts. Regarding your comments about the loungers in the pool areas, we would like to explain that their reservation is not a service offered by our hotel. Even though it is explained to our guests and there are signs around the pools informing our guests about our sunbed's policy, there are a lot of guests using the practice of placing towels and other objects in order to "reserve" them without our approval. Moreover, we do have the regulation of removing the towels from the unused sunbeds (as it is listed in the relevant information boards) in order to recover sunbed's availability. Rest assured that, your well-intended and constructive criticism is always taken very seriously and shortly discussed with the management. Consequently, we will continue working with the greatest enthusiasm by constantly improving our services.
