Although, certain aspects of our facility did not manage to live up to ypur expectations and we are quite saddened about that. Regarding the condition of your room, we would like to inform you, that within the 22 years of life of this resort, we perform heavy & light maintenance works on a daily basis, as well as all necessary improvements, that confirm and support the 5 star quality of our resort. Moreover, we have already started a large renovation plan, that is going to continue and will reflect the absolute quality, that Grecotel Hotels & Resorts are proud for. Nonetheless, we regret to find out that we did not manage to live up to your expectations. Although, your comments really strenghthen our efforts in order to enhance our functionality and continue offering the best quality of our services.
