Aus DeutschlandSehr schönes Hotel mit einer super schönen und sehr gepflegten Anlage! Zahlreiche saubere und gut gepflegte Pools, immer freie Liegen egal wo (Pools und Meer) und wann (Achtung: Reisezeit war Mitte Mai!). Tolle Hauptbar/Lobbybar mit schöner Aussicht über die Anlage und dahinter das Meer, tolles Haupthaus/Rezeptionsbereich/Eingangsbereich, schöner Weg über imposante Treppe zum Haupt-Restaurant, schöne Restaurants an sich. Spitzen Service im Allgemeinen und sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal im Hauptrestaurant, den Bars, an der Rezeption und beim Empfang nebst Portier und Kofferservice! Sowas findet man durchweg selten!!! Einzige größere auffällige "Minuspunkte" an sich: das Essen im Hauptrestaurant ist generell etwas "lasch" gewürzt....Salz und Pfeffer kamen bei mir eigentlich immer zum Einsatz. Der Getränkeservice in der Haupt-Essenszeit dauert leider mangels größerer Mitarbeiteranzahl auch etwas zu lange. Was in beiden Punkten die anderen Restaurants zu bieten haben weiß ich nicht, habe ich nicht genutzt! Zudem (eher nur eine Anmerkung als das es wirklich groß störend wäre, da alles soweit sauber und schadfrei ist!): Die Standard-Zimmer haben schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel, das sieht man dem Mobiliar, Boden und Bad etwas an. Getränkepreise Bier/offene Weine/Softies/Wasser u. dgl. OK/normal, lediglich die Cocktails (gerade die tagsüber lustlos aussehenden am Pool in Plastikbechern) finde ich mit 12-14 Euro je nach Sorte überteuert! Alles in allem: Das Hotel verdient die 5 Sterne der Anlage und dem ganzen Service wegen. In Puncto Essensgeschmack, der Geräuschkulisse im großen Hauptrestaurant und der dortigen Servicedauer gibt es keine großen Unterschiede zu guten 4* / 4*+ Hotels.

Regarding the room state, we would like to inform you, that within the 22 years of life of this resort, we perform heavy & light maintenance works on a daily basis, as well as all necessary improvements, that confirm and support the 5-star quality of our resort. Moreover, we have already started a large renovation plan, that is going to continue and will reflect the absolute quality, that Grecotel Hotels & Resorts are proud for. As for your comments regarding the food, we would like to remind you that we are a large resort with numerous guests throughout the season and thus, food should be seasoned sensibly in order to suit all tastes. Furthermore, the buffet also includes a great variety of sauces and spices that guests can consume up to their liking.
