While it's great to hear that the staff provided friendly and helpful service, it's clear that some aspects didn’t meet your expectations for a 4-star experience. However, it's worth noting that the nearest beach is less than 1 km on foot, and the nearest organized beach is 1.5 km away. Towels are available with a refundable deposit, and the hotel provides shampoo, body cream, and shower gel in the rooms. Although you mentioned mostly Polish guests, the resort does host a variety of international visitors. For those interested, Bubble Beach is approximately 35 km from Kos City. Additionally, there is access for disabled guests to the restaurant from the entrance at the front of the hotel. Your observations about the room quality, dining variety, and accessibility are valuable for future guests. Hopefully, the hotel can address these concerns to enhance the overall experience.
