Dear Andre, Thank you for staying with us at Banyan Tree Samui and for taking the time to share your comments. I am delighted to read that you found your pool villa to be comfortable and well-maintained, and that our location and private beach provided you with the perfect place to relax and unwind while soaking in the view of our private bay extending out to the Gulf of Thailand. As a Banyan Tree property, we take pride in delivering the highest standards of service and delighting our guests at every opportunity. I have already shared your comments with our entire team as it is comments such as yours that provide added motivation to continue exceeding our guests’ expectations. Please note that the pricing of our F&B and Spa services remains in line with other five-star properties on Samui. While we do recognize that cheaper services can be found outside our resort, the consistency of the quality, hygiene and service is what sets us at a higher tier than locally-operated restaurants and spas in the area. Having stated that, I do recognize your concern and appreciate you sharing it with us. I have passed this on to our management team for their reference and to take into account during future reviews.
