Dear guest we got your review and it is quite surprising for us your low rate. well, for sure not everyone likes our hospitality, it's normal, but being so catastrophic i think is a way too much. we are a simple and normal 3 stars hotel and we do respect all minimum standards of our category. and again, we are neither perfect nor the best. usually our breakfast room and service is our real strong point and i do not understand what did not work -you are a way too general without explaning what happened. but I actually remember your attitude and your situation. i would like to remember you that we are here to serve people not to be servant like you wanted to. behaving like you did and writing such a review to demage our image is a childlike attitude, but probably you feel good now, don't you? sincerely the manager
