Wir sind jetzt zum 9. mal hier und kommen wieder. Das sagt schon alles Es ist eine beschauliche und recht ruhige Anlage. Die Hotelgäste kommen überwiegend aus England oder den scantinavischen Ländern. Mit Waldemar, Delia und Ruth von der rezeption kommen wir gut klar.
Unser App. hatte eine nur bedingt funktionierend Klimaanlage; entweder volle Pulle oder gar nicht. DIE Couchmatratze war völlig durchgesessen man sitzt wie auf einem Holzbrett.Die Ablage vor dem Badezimmerspiegel ist lose; was man darauf stellt fällt herunter. Am schlimmsten aber (wie ein Jahr zuvor im gleichen App.) waren die Hormidas, also Ameisen. Wir haben versucht sie zu zerquetschen oder haben Gift gesprüht. Nur das halten die Lungen nicht aus. Auch wäre es nett gewesen, nach 3 Tagen Calima, wenn mindestens der Balkon vom Sand befreit worden wäre. So mußten wir mit unzulänglichen Mitteln das selbst machen.
Beim Ptzpersonal scheiden sich die Geister. Manche (die wir schon Jahre kennen) sind Spitze . Andere weniger.

On the other hand, we regret that our mattresses have not met your expectations. The quality of sleep of our clients is very important for us. Hard or soft mattress? Each of our guests will give us reasons for one or another option, without needing to be exclusive among them. We are very aware that it is impossible to leave all our customers happy, all our rooms have the new mattresses of very high quality and it is not the first time the costumers ask us where we have bought them to take them to their home, the same with the pillows ... to Customers who want lower density pillows have prepared a menu of pillows to choose from, the same with the mattresses ... the topers (soft) both can be requested at the reception. Our staff is always very helpful, if you had called us (the reception is open until 2 am) we would have brought you the topper right away so you would have a pleasant rest. As for the cleanliness, unfortunately we had a strong storm of sand never seen in Gran Canaria, and the maids did not cope with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Apart from this inconvenience, you have given the order to the reception that not to clean your room every day except Wednesdays and Fridays after 2 pm. If you had told us at the time that you wanted your room cleaned, the governor would give an order for the cleaning cervice and we would take the appropriate measures. We have notified our head of Technical Service of the breakdown of the air conditioning and mirror. We always try to give the best possible service, although we cannot always get it. Both positive and negative opinions help us to continue improving.
