Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr gut. Jedoch gibt es bei der Sauberkeit in den Zimmern einen sehr großen Aufholbedarf. Leider ist der Punkt Sauberkeit für uns der wichtigste in einem Hotel wodurch auch die Bewertung so niedrig ausfiel. Ohne diesem Mangel hätte das Hotel von mir 10/10 Punkte bekommen.
Zimmer ab Tag 1 nicht sauber. Haare der Vorgänger im ganzen Bad. Dusche+ Duschwände sehr verkalkt und unsauber. Am ersten Tag ein Totes Insekt im Bett. Kleine braune Flecken in der Bettwäsche. Wurde alles am Anreisetag gefunden und konnte deshalb nicht von uns sein.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Mitten in Lorett de Mar. Nur ein 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand.
