Hotel Elotis Suites

Dear guest , Thank you very much for choosing our hotel for your vacation. We really appreciate this, as well as we appreciate you using your valuable time to convey to us the impressions from our hotel. W e absolutely agree that our rooms without air conditioning would not be as pleasant for our guests holidays. For this reason, both our hotel and 99% of hotels in Greece have made sure to offer air conditioners (free of charge ) to the guests, which with the correct setting on the part of the guest , when the temperatures outside the room are over 30 degrees, they make the stay pleasant in the rooms . Our hotel is indeed old, but it makes sure to make frequent renewals so that our guests have a pleasant stay. As the hotel management, I will have a meeting with the person who works in the breakfast area about her behavor to you , but this will not change the policy of both our hotel and many other hotels, which states that the breakfast items must be consumed in the breakfast area and not to be taken outside hotels. Despite your overall low rating, we are glad that you were pleased with the behavior and service of the rest of the staff (reception and cleanliness) as well as the location of our hotel.
