Im Fenix war das essen die ganzen 2 wochen gleich. in den 2 wochen wurde das bad nicht Gereinigt.Die meinsten Teller sind beschedigt. Die gäste sind dem Personal egal.Es gab keine Animazionen oder Spielplätze für Kinder.

Significant improvements have been made in housekeeping, food quality, presentation, and service standards. All hotel bars are included in the All Inclusive package, and the food and beverage budget has been increased to ensure better quality, variety, and hygiene throughout the hotel.
