Alleinlage, unverstellte Sicht auf Meer und grünes Hinterland, 50 mtr. ca. über Meeresniveau in Strandnähe Konnos Beach gelegen, mit Bus Agia Napa oder Potaras problemlos alle 15 min. zu erreichen (dort kann man dann sehen, wie man nicht wohnen möchte), für Ausflüge Mietwagen hilfreich.
