Hotel liegt in sehr guter Lage. Stadtzentrum in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gegenüber liegt ein Starbucks. Kleiner Supermarkt nicht weit. 5min zur nächsten UBahn Station (Banco de Espana). Rezeption freundlich, 24h besetzt. Betten sehr hart. Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Bad nicht ganz sauber.

Dear Stefan, We love to hear that you had a good stay with us. Only a few touch, the hotel is in the center of Madrid, not in front of the Puerta del Sol but in the center and the metro is 2 minutes away from the station. We are in the Chueca district, surrounded by shops, pubs, bars and restaurants. About the window, we have a maintenance service that is continually reviewing the hotel room and did not notice that a window was broken but in the future if you detect any shortcomings in the room, do not hesitate to tell our staff and we will have it repaired as soon as possible.
