Das sogenannte 5-Sterne-Hotel ist total in die Jahre gekommen. Die letzten 7 Mal waren wir im The Cascade, jetzt hier in der „Laguna Lounge“. Das Zimmer im Cascade war komfortabler, ebenso die Aussicht aufs Meer, die Dusche beispielsweise hier im Kempinski ist katastrophal. Ebenso die Lichtverhältnisse im Zimmer, etc. Ich denke, da kann der neue CH-Direktor, auch nichts mehr ändern, nur noch Kostenmanagement betreiben.
