Preisleistung war grundsätzlich sehr gut. Nur die Preise für Cocktails an der Strandbar sind mit 13-20 Euro doch sehr teuer. Familien und Erwachsenen-only Bereiche beim Essen und am Strand bieten für jeden den passenden Bereich. Personal sehr Kinderfreundlich. Sehr zufrieden waren wir Hassan als Kellner bei den Essen am Buffet, am Strand war Herr Atta mit seinem Team sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, auch am beheizten Pool (Spa-Bereich) wurden wir von Ali und seinen Kollegen sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
Unser Roomservice von Adel war ordentlich und sehr sauber. Auch unser normales Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Bad mit Badewanne und großer ebenerdiger Dusche, sowie Toilette und BD
Riesiges Buffet mit gefühlt zu viel Auswahl. Für jeden Geschmack mehr als reichlich. Alles Frisch zubereitet.
In jedem Bereich eine Handtuchstation für kostenlose Handtücher und weitere Services. In jedem Bereich Ansprechpartner für Wünsche oder Probleme. Viel freundliches Personal in jedem Bereich zur Verfügung.
Sehr saubere und gut instandgehaltene Anlage. Freundliches Personal, alle frei zugänglichen Toiletten, Duschen und Umkleideräume waren stets super sauber. Die Anlage ist sehr gut aufgebaut und durchdacht gebaut.
