Schöne Gartenanlage , niedrigste Kategorie des Zimmers für meinen Geschmack nicht bewohnbar. Dchlecht geführtes Hotel, Service b zwar freundlich aber keine Ahnung.
Mit eine kaputten Klimaanlage, zu kleines 140 cm Bett. ohne Safe , ohne Kühlschrank. Alle Sachen müsste man zu buchen.
Dir Atmosphäre in den jeweiligen Restaurants war okay ( in die Jahre gekommen) Essen für meinen Geschmack nicht empfehlenswert, Immer das gleiche keine große Auswahl. Zwei Wurstsorten eine Käsesorte die garnicht geschmeckt haben .
Bestellungen nicht verstanden oder falsche Getränke gebracht die nicht bestellt wurden. Ansonsten waren das Service Personal freundlich

Taking your points in turn: ROOM: Our rooms are serviced daily in a manner consistent with good housekeeping practices which many guests appreciate as good. We maintain a logbook at reception to record any requests/incidents/complaints to ensure that issues raised are dealt with immediately to clients’ satisfaction. We cannot trace any room having reported shower breakdown more than once in the whole month of February 2025. Kindly share details of your stay – full name, period of stay and room number to help us investigate the claim further. Our order for room safes has been finally delivered after a long delay. SERVICE: We have well-trained friendly and obliging staff who will do their utmost to ensure that clients enjoy their stay with us. We are sorry to note that your orders were not understood and got wrong drinks. We are giving refresher training to our service staff. FOOD: We provide a varied menu of international and local cuisine, endeavouring to please a wide range of tastes, keeping in line with our star rating which many guests appreciate as good. Whilst the vast majority of our guests are happy with the meals we provide, we always welcome customer feedback and will look into what improvements we can make on the range/choice and preparation of food.
