Das Bettzeug war schimmlig, sowie das Bad, keine spülung bim WC und beim Waschbecken konnte das Wasser nicht abrinnen

Dear Wolfgang, Thank you for finding time to post a review of your holiday at Papillon. We always strive for high customer satisfaction which can only be achieved with the help of your input and the feedback from all our guests. Taking your points in turn: Location: It is for the first time, we have received such comment that our guest has been subjected to a 2 hours drive through garbage from Mombasa to hotel. The municipal council takes care of garbage collection and cleanliness of Mombasa city. Room: The rooms are serviced daily in a manner consistent with good housekeeping which many guests appreciate as good. We maintain a log book at the reception to record any requests/incidents/complaints to ensure that issues raised are dealt with immediately to client’s satisfaction. Hotel has full time maintenance staff who work continually to maintain the hotel. In this tropical country, with high humidity along coastal line, dampness would occur in a room following the use of AC at very low temperatures but we anticipate it and therefore regularly clean and air even empty rooms. Service: We have well trained friendly and obliging staff who will do their utmost to ensure that clients enjoy their stay with us as can be seen in many guest reviews. Food: Whilst the vast majority of our guests are happy with the varied menu of international and local cuisine we provide, endeavouring to please a wide range of tastes, keeping in line with our star rating, we always welcome customer feedback and look into what improvements we can make on the specific areas pointed out. We are delighted that the vast majority of our customers appreciate Papillon offers good value for money and remain the source of happy memories as can be seen in holiday reviews.
