Dies ist meine allererste Bewertung, aber sie liegt mir sehr am Herzen! Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei dem gesamten Team des Hotels bedanken! Es war wirklich eine große Familie und wir haben uns "zuhause" gefühlt. Danke für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub! Wir vermissen alle sehr!! Yvonne & Lilli
Unser Zimmer war top (Nr. 208). Das Bad war neu, es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir können überhaupt nichts sagen. Klar, der Wasserdruck lässt zuweilen zu wünschen übrig. Aber hey: wir sind in Afrika und nicht in einem 5 Sterne Hotel in Deutschland. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzig störende war vielleicht, dass man die Fenster nicht aufmachen konnte, weil ansonsten gleich 2-3 Affen im Zimmer gewesen wären. ;-)
Da sind wir eh "pflegeleicht". Es war immer für alle etwas dabei.
Durch die Bank weg waren ALLE super freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und hatten immer ein paar liebe Wort auf den Lippen. Es gab keinen einzigen Angestellten, der schlecht gelaunt war. Danke!
Die Fahrt zum Hotel dauert je nach Verkehr 1 Stunde und ist sehr interessant. Man lernt schon einmal Land & Leute kennen. :-) Super Strand. Klar, die Beachboys sind aufdringlich. Aber wenn man ihnen klar macht, dass man nicht möchte, klappt das schon. Außerdem schadet es niemanden, mal ein Wort mit jemanden zu wechseln. :-)

Ein ganz großes Lob an das gesamte Animationsteam! Angefangen von der "Tagesbetreuung" bis zu den Abendshows - klasse! Wir vermissen alle sehr!!!

Dear Yvonne and Lilli, Thank you for having chosen to stay at Papillon and finding time to post a review of your holiday at our property. We use our guest’s feedback in a positive way to help to improve the experience we offer our customers. We are pleased to note that you enjoyed your holiday and found all our staff to be super and friendly and the room no. 208 was clean and tidy and you managed to find a way of dealing with the beach vendors. We are sorry to note that you found the water pressure to be low in your room and not able to open your windows for fear of Monkeys getting into your room. We maintain a log book at the reception to record any requests/incidents/complaints to ensure that issues raised are dealt with immediately to client’s satisfaction. The low water pressure issue could have been sorted out immediately however the problem has now been fixed. Monkeys are wild and free animals which have been around Diani Beach long before the hotel was built. The hotel has taken some steps as precaution against monkeys roaming the hotel grounds – posters are placed in every strategic area throughout the hotel grounds and restaurants warning guests against feeding Monkeys but some guests actually feed them and take photos which obviously encourages them to be aggressive.
