Ein funktionales Businesshotel mit Recht guter Verkehrsanbindung. Es gibt einen stündlichen Shuttle zum Bahnfof und zum Mandela-Square. Sollte der einmal voll sein, muss man kurz warten und der Fahrer kommt zurück und holt einen ab. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine übesichtige Karte, die Qualität ist Standard, das Preis-Leitungsverhältmis in Ordnung. Die Bar ist in der Lobby, nichts Besonderes, aber i.d.R. Freundliche Barmen. Die Rezeption ist eher zurückhaltend in Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Leider geben sie oft falsche Informationen und kennen sich mit Restaurants in der Gegend nicht so sehr aus..Tipp: Empfangschefin Bettina kann Vieles richten und kann eine große Hilfe sein... Das Frühstücksbuffet hat einen ordentlichen Standard, jedoch wird nicht so sehr auf Sauberkeit am Buffet geachtet. Das Fitness ist ok. Es gibt die Standardgeräte, Hangeln, einen Wasser-Dispenser und Handtücher. Neben dem Gebäude wird ein neues Gebäude errichtet, daher können einige Zimmer lauter sein. Wenn man ein Zimmer in Richtung Baustelle hat, kann man kaum die Vorhänge aufmachen, da man direkt in das Zimmer schauen kann. Der Pool ist ein Witz. Vielleicht 3m auf 4m und zZ unbrauchbar, da er direkt neben der Baustelle liegt. Klingt jetzt Vieles negativ, wenn man jedoch das richtige Zimmer hat, kann man das Hotel durchaus für ein paar Nächte nutzen.

We are pleased to know that we were able to provide you with a level of comfort that was above your expectations. I have commended all our staff member’s for making your stay with us very pleasant and for their ‘Yes I Can’ attitude, as we do our best to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all our guests. We appreciated hearing that you found our hotel conveniently located and very close to the areas you were visiting, such as the Athol Square located next door to the hotel and Sandton City Shopping Center. We are glad that you utilized our complimentary shuttle service that available from the Park Inn Sandton Hotel to Sandton City Shopping Centre & Gautrain Station and that you enjoyed the service that you received. To address your point of view of our hotels gym caters for the needs of those guests who wish to have a quick workout using the free weights and cardio machines that are available. We are glad you used our gym and were happy with the equipment available. Unfortunately we have no control over the construction next door and road works happening on Katherine Street at the moment, however at the end of the construction our hotel will be on the main bus route in and out of Sandton and will be a massive benefit to all guests. The building next door is close to completion and has lowered the noise levels.
