Angekommen im Hotel, kam es uns schon sehr seltsam vor: der Eingang des "Hotels" war eine Art Seiteneingang und die Rezeptionisten waren ungefähr 20 und wirkten nicht sehr professionell. Die Zimmer waren viel, viel kleiner als auf den Bildern im Internet und nur oberflächlich betrachtet sauber. Im Treppenhaus gab es kein Licht und auch da war es etwas dreckig und schäbig. Die Leute waren alle zwischen 18 und allerhöchstens 30 und lungerten den halben Tag im Hotel herum. Das Frühstück, war auch nicht so berauschend, weil das Geschirr teilweise dreckig war. Am Ende hatten wir die Bestätigung, dass das Hotel PurPurApart gleichzeitig das Hostel Crib 15 ist. Für ein Hostel ist es ja wirklich ganz nett, aber wenn man ein normales Hotel erwartet ist es schon sehr enttäuschend.
Zimmer von Ikea eingerichtet, sahen recht nett aus. Sauberkeit war nicht so toll und es war sehr, sehr eng.
Frühstücksbereich war dreckig, man musste auf Plastikstühlen sitzen und das Geschirr wurde nur teilweise gespült- es gibt keine Spülmaschine im Hotel.
Die Putzfrauen waren extrem jung und putzten nicht wirklich gründlich, dafür dass sie den ganzen Tag brauchten. Sie hängten dreckige Handtücher wieder zurück auf den Ständer und im Treppenhaus sah's aus wie im Schweinestall.
Die Lage war super und man war wirklich in 10 Minuten in der Stadt, wobei die Gasse, in der das Hotel war schon sehr zweifelhaft war:)

Good afternoon, We are very unhappy because your stay here has not been good. I will like to say first that we are not a hostel. We are a very nice, new and moden stylish hotel, which is growing and constantly remodelating to improve our quality and service. The building is an historical building and the Front of the building cannot be changed and reconstructed. On the other hand we are a new hotel, it was open in Apríl 2009, we are already making everything necessary to put up the hotel as such, the same with the breakfast room. In fact it is good and we are working on since the begging and since your visit to improve and remodelate everything inside. Regarding the rooms we have different kind of rooms and sizes, maybe the one you had wasn´t for your taste big enough. Next time we can offer you a bigger and more comfortable room. We are working also in the reception stuff to improve the service and to be able not to change so often so you can get familiar with them. About the cleaning I want to apologize because as you know we are newly opened and we needed to find the structure and order in the high season and with the hotel fully booked, but for sure we are growing in this meaning and we are developing our service and improving and making every single detail that counts by applying perfection. As I said before we have a very modern style and in the staircase we have a special and original lighting systém which is not so common, maybe you didn´t feel comfortable with it, which I can understand.
