Ein kleines in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel ,wo kurz vor Saisonende einiges im Argen liegt. Getränke mussten in der Innenbar gezahlt werden und trotz Regen an der Poolbar geholt werden.Im Speisesaal waren einige Getränke leer und wurden auch auf Anfrage nicht aufgefüllt

  • Wir bezogen ein Zimmer mit Badewanne und nicht so schönem Vorhang.Konnten aber in ein Zimmer mit Duschbad umziehen.

    Außer Fitnessraum im Keller und einen sehr kleinen Pool war leider nichts vorhanden.Es befand sich noch nicht mal mehr eine Reiseleitung vor Ort.

    Dear Anneliese, We thank you for your visit to our island and or hotel! Your pleasant comment for our staff’s courtesy and service to you is pleasant, it will be further passed to our precious colleagues. It is sad for us to read that your impressions of our food and all inclusive package was less satisfactory than expected, that our bar being by the pool (a spot chosen to be of our guests convenience, next to the pool, saving them from distances to fetch their drinks), affected your drinks supply with those sudden rains we were faced with, at a period not usually characterized by such weather conditions. An all inclusive bar facility and equipment is not an easy task to adjust to with a rain occurrence. However, when the rain was heavy, drinks were actually were brought to the inside bar, plus with a information notice that guests could still order drinks with our personnel arranging their supply to them. Here we need to clarify that our indoor bar is an a la carte bar, no guest is forced to pay at this bar. Our all inclusive drinks station in the dining area/restaurant continued to have all drinks available, except for two times when it run out of cola, our F&B explained to the interested guests that sometime was needed until we were supplied with it, proposed to settle with the lighter cola that was available. Mind you that this shortage was for 70 minutes the one time and some hours the second, when the restaurant was actually mostly closed. Meanwhile, all drinks continued to be available at the pool bar, 20m distance, operating from 8:00-23:00 hrs. About our warm buffet offer viewed as lukewarm to you, we are quite puzzled, since temperatures are often measured and monitored when there is need. We also provide next to the warm buffet section plenty of empty dishes warmed up for our guests to use for helping themselves, we even equipped our serving cutlery with silicon handles to protect them from a burn feeling. However, we intend to stress this even more to our culinary team colleagues, so no discrepancies occur in the future. We understand your discomfort about our area features, seeming with less options offered and perhaps a gap of information we maybe should take extra care to cover. Plenty of information is to be found online, we still supply an elaborate Karlovassi map, our town area so fruitful to explore (accompanied by information upon arrival), our centre’s neighborhoods are ideal for short or long strolls, surrounding villages nice to visit or drive to, as well as the chapels and monasteries around, etc. The journey from the airport taking one and a half hour is due to the time needed for other guests to arrive, too, to their hotels on the way; this does not make our town’s location remote in any way, since quite numerous airports are located at a distance from hotels/areas. An airport’s facilities are not usually near inhabited areas, that would entail a serious noise bother. In our hotel, we strive to offer a comfortable and engaging stay for our guests on our premises, but we also appreciate your input on the surrounding area. Once again, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We truly value your feedback and are committed to making the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable experience for all our guests.
