Das Hotel ist zweifelsohne in Ordnung. Das personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Leider ist die Betreuung von Anex nicht zufriedenstellend. Betreuung per WhatsApp ist nicht okay. Beim Transfer zum Flughafen hatten wir 45 Minuten Verspätung.
