Dear G.M., While we appreciate all guest feedback, it's crucial to clarify certain points in your review that seem unfairly directed at our hotel and staff. Room Cleanliness: We strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and have a dedicated housekeeping team working tirelessly to keep the rooms up to par. If there were any issues, we encourage guests to report them immediately so we can resolve them on the spot. Construction Site: There is no construction site near our hotel. We understand the need to include more subjects in the review to make it seem like the bad experience you are trying to project, but this is a lie. No buildings are being constructed near our hotel and no construction is being done. Food and Drink Charges: The terms of a half-board package, including charges for drinks, are set clearly in the booking details. We cannot be held responsible if these terms are misunderstood or if expectations are set otherwise by third parties. We believe it's unfair to rate the hotel poorly for something that was agreed upon at the time of booking. Damaged Suitcase and TUI Employee's Language Skills: Your complaints about your return flight and a TUI employee’s language proficiency have absolutely no connection to our hotel or its services. It's unreasonable to include such unrelated issues in a review meant to reflect the quality of your stay with us. We understand that experiences can sometimes be mixed, but we ask that you fairly evaluate the aspects we genuinely have control over.
