Sehr gute Lage, nahe Rockefeller und 5th Avenue. Zimmer leider sehr alt und gebraucht. Nach einer Reklamation durften wir ohne Kostenzuschlag in ein besseres Zimmer wechseln. Dieses war etwas besser und vorallem grösser. Zudem kam ein unerwarteter und hoher Kostenzuschlag pro Tag für den Gebrauch vom Wlan im Zimmer dazu. Wir waren trotz der guten Lage vom Hotel enttäuscht.

As you saw, while our "Cozy" Guestrooms are small, we do have Superior and Deluxe Guestrooms, which are much larger. The facilities Fee mentioned is prominently displayed in our website and other hotel literature and entitles you, not only to wireless Internet access in the guestroom and public areas, but also access to our 24-hour fitness center, a discount on all Food & Beverage (except alcoholic beverages) and complimentary baggage storage on your day or arrival and departure.
